Human Help Network volunteering team on a field work trip in Nyamasheke & Rusizi Districts

Posted in: Social Protection, Vulnerable Families

On a field voyage, the HHN volunteering team assisted our beneficiaries to plough vast parcels using the traditional tools/local hoes assisted by the field officers. It’s really an excessive and interesting activity that also our beneficiaries fell so embraced and daring to maintain the active spirit. Along with preserving local knowledge, some scientists believe that rural and agricultural landscapes, if properly designed and managed, can help preserve a significant number of plant and animal species.

However as Strive Foundation Rwanda, we have done much for our beneficiaries to access a better quality farming using our field officers to supervise and give constructive ideas for a better production.

Besides, SFR methods of monitoring and evaluation pulls us closer to the awareness about the ongoing activities at the field and this is done quarterly(in a range of 3months) and we have registered better improvements in our serve delivery and total quality management in the Rwandan western province Districts of Nyamasheke and Rusizi.
